Sciurus Vallis Artchie

Artchie is a lovely boy who is co-owned with Alison Gowan of Gowans Reg’d. Artchie came to us at over 7.5 years old from Idaho, USA after originally being imported to the US as a 4 month old puppy from his breeder in Hungary. Artchie is a very sweet boy, who is gentle and quite tolerant of pretty much anything. He loves to give hugs and is quite the cuddler (as many Berner boys are). Artchie possesses a pedigree that we feel brings strong longevity and is a significant outcross to the girls that I have. Artchie has nice length of leg, a good amount of rear angle, very nice bone and nice length of body. He could benefit from more return of upper arm and layback of shoulder and more breadth to his skull. His coat is quite long which is lovely, but he could benefit from a slightly darker eye. We are very excited to spend this boy’s senior years with him and hopefully retain a few select daughters from our girls if we get so lucky. More pictures to come!
